Alpinestars is seeking a committed, driven Content Coordinator with an attention to detail and a personal need to deliver results on deadline, as well as the ability to ensure that images and communications are prepared in accordance with department guidelines, corporate communication ethics, discretion and confidentiality.
The position requires an excellent command of the English language. Working knowledge of SEO and its latest developments are required, as is a working knowledge of HTML and CSS. Image editing skills are a plus.
Lastly, this person must have a love for, and knowledge of all things motorsports. If you stay up until 4 AM to watch MotoGP and F1 races live, then this is the position for you.
The Content Coordinator’s responsibility is to maintain the content and presentation of Alpinestars’ online marketing channels, including: web, social media, newsletters, blogs, video, etc. The role includes coordination with various departments in the development of creative assets used to maintain the online marketing channels, updating web site media assets and promotions, writing social media posts, writing and preparing newsletters, writing blog posts, and supporting the overall goals and objectives of the Ecommerce Department.
The Content Coordinator reports to the Manager of Ecommerce who, in turn, reports direct to the Office of the President and liaises with relevant department heads to agree communications strategy and projects.
