Campaign Manager



Job Description

You will be part of Salomon’s marketing team and will be reporting to the brand’s global marketing Director. You main task will be, based on the brand’s priorities to plan, create and deliver on time/on budget all the required communication programs to support yearly and seasonal Marketing Plans, coordinating external partners and agencies.You will have to warrant emotional, salient yet consistent visual expression of the brand throughout advertising, in store and digital medias.


Main responsibilities 


  • Manage a team of 3 direct reports, 1 sub-report and 2 interns
  • Develop authentic, relevant, differentiated and consistent brand communication throughout sell-in, sell-through and sell out materials (all media: print, in-store, digital, etc)
  • Coordinate all brand and product content creation (photos, videos, assets) with the campaign team and responsible of assets distribution throughout the company.
  • Oversees deliveries of all sell-in basic, commercial and key initiatives campaign packages. 
  • Manages planning and direct implementation of sell thru and sell out creative campaign to support specific local activation, when driven directly by HQ (heavy-ups)
  • Maintain a strong relationship with categories and global and local brand managers to optimize global vs. local executions, in order to increase efficiency and ROI of programs’ execution
  • Coordinates marketing expert execution (in-store, digital, sports marketing, PR) to maximize 360 integration
  • Responsible of planning, budget management and on-time delivery of the integrated marketing plan.



  • You possess a 3 years degree in Marketing. You have a prior experience of 5 to 8 years in Marketing and communication. An experience in agency coordination is an absolute must.
  • You are proficient in English and have a good command of Microsoft Office.
  • You have a good product and market knowledge. You have an expertise in marketing and design and have experience in project leading.
  • You have a good ability to lead and convince. You are creative and innovative. You have good summarization and analytical skills.
